These burgers have got to been one of my family's new favorites. They are simple to make but exceptionally delicious.
1.5 pounds 85% lean ground beef
1/2 cup panko
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Combine panko and Worcestershire.
Stir in 2 T. ketchup, parsley, egg, mustard, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Add beef and combine gently with hands.
Shape into 4 patties. Make a slight divot in center.
