There are days when I wonder why in the world I continue to post recipes on my website. (Like MOST days.) It takes a lot of time to blog recipes and orchestrate great pictures, BUT, then I get an encouraging email from a blog follower and it reminds me of exactly WHY I go to the trouble of posting recipes everyday. If I can inspire one person to cook a special meal or try a recipe that they've never tried before, then I've done my job.
I'm also encouraged by new website followers and new facebook likes. (I'm easily motivated.) Did you know that you can get my latest recipes in your email? You can use the link on the top right corner of the website to subscribe to my email list. It's a great way to save the recipes that you want to store until your ready to use them.
