There are days when I wonder why in the world I continue to post recipes on my website. (Like MOST days.) It takes a lot of time to blog recipes and orchestrate great pictures, BUT, then I get an encouraging email from a blog follower and it reminds me of exactly WHY I go to the trouble of posting recipes everyday. If I can inspire one person to cook a special meal or try a recipe that they've never tried before, then I've done my job. I'm also encouraged by new website followers and new facebook likes. (I'm easily motivated.) Did you know that you can get my latest recipes in your email? You can use the link on the top right corner of the website to subscribe to my email list. It's a great way to save the recipes that you want to store until your ready to use them. Sirloin and Parmesan Meat Loaf 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil 1/2 red onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup ketchup 1 pound ground sirloin 3/4 cup bread crumbs 2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 egg
Brush top with remaining ketchup and make 10 minutes longer - or until internal temperature reaches 155. Serve. Want to see more of my recipes? Like my facebook page, follow my instagram, Pinterest and my twitter account and sign up to get my recipes emailed to you. I promise that you'll never get junk mail from me - just yummy recipes and hopefully some good old fashioned inspiration.
Ciao!
